# 계약이행보증보험 발급 방법

※ 계약이행관련 주요사항    

(1) 단가계약 보증금액은 **단가계약 기간 중 3개월에 해당**하는 **예상금액의 10% 이상**을 계약보증금으로 납부해야 한다. (국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령 제50조)   

(2) **보증보험기간은 계약종료일 이후 60일 이상**이어야 하며, 계약기간을 연장할 경우 보증보험증권도 연장 배서하여 제출해야 한다.

(3) 
보건복지부에서 고시하는 **보험기준수가(상한금액) 변동 시는 보험기준수가 변동율을 적용하여 계약단가를 조정**한다. 또한 보건복지부 고시에 신설로 등재되는 물품이 있는 경우, 담당자(계약, 물류담당)에게 서면 및 유선으로 알려주어야 하며, 미고지로 인하여 발생하는 손실에 대해 계약업체에서 보전하여야 한다.

(4) 
계약기간 중 동일 보험코드 제품의 규격 및 포장단위가 변경될 경우, 변경전 보험상한가 대비 계약율과 동일한 조건으로 계약을 변경하여야 한다.

(5) 
계약기간 중 계약품목의 **급여여부 변동**이 있을 경우 **보험상한가와 계약단가 중 낮은 단가**로 계약단가를 유지한다.
